The Refined Lead is casted in the Ingot Casting Machine to form Lead Ingots of 25 Kgs. of LME approved standard dimensions. The Ingot casting Machine comprises of Ingot molds conveyor, cooling system and Air Pollution Control System. The casted ingots are then Stacked in pallet form with Fully Automatic Ingot Stacking Machine.

In addition to these core components, the ingot casting process is designed for efficiency, safety, and consistent quality. The ingot molds conveyor ensures a smooth and continuous movement of molten lead into the molds, reducing manual handling and minimizing the risk of spillage or accidents.
