Lead Refining Plant
STANDARD CAPACITIES PER BATCH : 3 MT | 6 MT | 10 MT | 15 MT | 20 MT | 25 MT | 30 MT | 40 MT | 50 MT | 100 MT | 120MT
Refining operation is a Pyrometallurgical process. It is carried out in kettles of capacities ranging from 3 MT to 120 MT per batch. It is used to make the impure lead output of Rotary Furnace in form of Bullions into Pure Metallic Lead. The Refining System also comprises of Air Pollution Control System.
Metals like copper, tin, arsenic and bismuth are removed from thehard Lead to refine Pure Lead. Purity of Lead achieved is 99.97% (Minimum) and depends on the quality percentage required by their customers. Other than Pure Lead, other forms of lead can be processed like Antimony Lead, Caldum Lead, Arsenic Lead, etc., as per market demand.
The Lead Refining Plant utilizes a Pyrometallurgical process carried out in kettles with capacities ranging from 3 MT to 120 MT per batch. This process transforms impure lead from the Rotary Furnace into pure metallic lead in the form of bullions. The refining system is equipped with advanced Air Pollution Control Systems to ensure environmental compliance and to minimize emissions during operations.
During the refining stage, metals like copper, tin, arsenic, and bismuth are removed from the hard lead, improving its quality and increasing its purity to a minimum of 99.97%. The Lead Refining Plant is also highly adaptable, allowing for the production of different types of lead alloys such as Antimony Lead, Caldum Lead, and Arsenic Lead based on market demand. This flexibility enables the plant to meet specific customer requirements for lead purity and alloy composition, making it ideal for various industries, including battery manufacturing, electronics, and radiation shielding.
